while surfing on internet i got a post submitted by any regular user of site it looks quite kewl so i want to share with you all..:)

from the male side. These are our rules! Please note … these are

well for me it is the most beautiful animal of wild life territory.specially THE BANGAL TIGERS the sign of INDIAN WEALTH AND ROYALTY..:).but this beauty is in danger a GREAT danger.it is the most critically endangered animal .Conservationists say there are just 3,200 tigers left in the world.IN the whole world..so what ,we will going to say our next generation that there happens to be an animal CALLED TIGER.think about it…

this is the wording of an father….expecting too much from their son,,,how many times these lines are said by ur father,,,or by u to ur childrens….

Every child is unique with his own special abilities. He may be wonderful in some areas, good or merely average in others and may not do well in certain fields at all. i saw many of my friends just awesome in sports,or business but they r doing engineering which is not fr them,,,
some times it is got over expectation to some one who can not hold the weights,don’t blindly urge your child to excel in everything. it is just not possible for any one to do this. Set reasonable targets according to this age and ability.

It is result time and i saw many of u criticizing their children because he is not manage to get good rank in IIT,CPMT,… and many of not able to get good percentage..ya this is actually happen when u want an tortoise to run like a horse ,, u hv to face failure in life….Have realistic expectations from your child. They should not be too low as it may make the child believe that this all he is capable of. They should be high enough to stimulate his efforts and yet be within reach of his capability.

now a days ur children performance is become the matter of ur status,,“sonu is getting a lot better marks then u , how can i make my face up in front mr.Mehra..when i see him with his son”
ya this is the attitude of today’s parents. Comparison between too individuals can’t be made may be he is a good scholar, another one good in ART’s .and the other guy likes to play football over night,, so see what u got in ur child.They r not the RACING HORSE to hv a race with ur neighbors and freinds.
If u think y i m writing this one… I hv two brothers one is elder to me and another i younger,,,my younger brother hv to face this every time i think because what he have to do is to be better than me.and his some friends are awesome in studies,and he is not able to handle this expectations many times, here i m the one to handle his failure , to support him, but i hv seen it many times ,sometimes it creats negative effect,, “children starts hating himself,it starts hating everything around himself” and what u finally got a ‘son without soul’ which have no desire no smile on his face,…OH U KILLED UR SON ……….finally

Woman’s Quota~another step to take India back

Women’s Reservation, though well-intended, Is it likely to work

Reservation after reservation,,,,,,-:x.Indian politician faund an easiest way to win the vote bank..Reservation on the basis of Cast,domicile,gender,and religion is introuced just after the independence.at the area of education,and public sector.
In # 1979-Mandal Commission was established to assess the situation of the socially and educationally backward.The commission didn’t have exact figures for a sub-caste, known as the Other Backward Class(OBC), and used the 1930 census data, further classifying 1,257 communities as backward, to estimate the OBC population at 52%.but in 1980-the commission submitted a report, and recommended changes to the existing quotas, increasing them from 22% to 49.5%.As of 2006 number of castes in Backward class list went up to 2297 which is the increase of 60% from community list prepared by Mandal commission.
so total quota on Caste base system is increased to 49.5%.taking OBC,SC,ST as minorities,Contradiction-y they r minor if they r getting just half quota at any educational place,,after 49.5% there is another quota belongs to the religion .In India hindus are in majority. so Muslims,jain ,criest,and people of other religions get reservation at these areas…but if we calculate total no of person belongs to these religion is about 45% of the total population……so how can they be in minorities.
and the third one is for women.,they gets a quota in these areas exactly no counter-view fr it …..if there is no quota fr girls in clgs what will we do without them in class.-:P
Ok jokes are apart…don’t u think that these type of reservation are creating handicapped peoples…almost the gainer of these policies are the creamy lair of that community.who generally don’t need it..

These are the some arguments which opposes reservation policies::::::

Allocating quotas is a form of discrimination which is contrary to the right to equality.

The policy of reservation has never been subject to a widespread social or political audit. Before extending the reservation government should analyze the outcome of the reservation in 60 years…and we should analyze the population which actually deserve it….

There is fear that reservation once introduced will never be withdrawn even if there is a proof for upliftment of Backward classes, due to political issues. For example, in Tamil Nadu, forward castes were able to secure only 3% of total seats (and 9% in Open Competition) in professional institutions at Undergraduate level as against their population percentage of 13%.. This is a clear case of reverse discrimination.what was that u can say frwd caste is getting only 3% reservation

ok these is a never ending issue should be end…come to the point of WOMEN’s reservation in politics..so new Idea fr vote bank policies…according to this there are 33% reservation fr women in politics..(there are 33% seats are reserved fr women) means for 33 seat in democracy u must select a woman…government has point of view that it is for the enhancement of status of women in India.
it’s looking quite funny when the President ,an unofficial Prime minister. lok sabha speaker is women then u suddenly need a reservation fr the women to enhance their status.i think men’s status are down and they need it.
i think today Indian women are taking too much participation that they don’t need any reservation for that . it’s counter view is it can proove negative fr them..u can easily see that when a seat is reserved fr any woman ..then bahubali can pressure their wife to nominate their self..and they can’t take any decision frm theirself…so in the end it’s all come to the man who rules it……..as u know in Ravri devi government their is only a one rule of lallu…..laluu rules in bihar….as fr the statement of him

“i m the only men who is served by the chief minister of his state”

i don’t know what time is needed to enhance the status of any group of people until u measure it relatively..u r not measuring the outcome of ur previous effort …and just passing new bills..:X

i think women of our country need equality in education ,in culture,in family,in public,..Primary education is necessary fr them.their are too many families who don’t gave equal level of studies to their sun and daughter.their is need to enhance the level of their mind.
And when all the women are competing with the men at equal level..so u r giving them a BASAKHI..so that u can say that they r not able to step forward if we don’t give them reservation in different sector .

I think that women of our country should oppose that kind of reservation which take them one step back to what they actually are..:)

RACISM AND DISCRIMINATION

while surfing on news site “THE TIMES OF INDIA”,there is a topic RACISM AND DISCRIMINATION suddenly flash out in front of me ,,,why i don’t know. but in real world we all have to face this curse against human.sometimes we do it,sometimes we face it..

RACISM means

# any program or practice of racial discrimination, segregation, etc., specif., such a program or practice that upholds the political or economic domination of one race over another or others

feelings or actions of hatred and bigotry toward a person or persons because of their race

ya there too many peoples in India saying that we the Indians are facing too munch racism and discrimination in foreign countries…and the foreigners have too much racism behavior .But Racism exists everywhere and we don’t have to go looking for it in foreign countries.how many people here in India can honestly claim that they have never been racists themselves? . The most common insulting term used by North Indians for South Indians is ‘Darkie’ .where as south Indians consider all the north Indians as criminals,idiots and too much..In south India there are too many attempts are taking place to push back all the students and workers of north India .

yes there are racism all over the world ,specially the Indian student and employees at foreign countries are facing it too many times there are too many incident happens to Indians and any other Asians. there are prohibited to go too many places in U.S. An experience of a person is as follows :

“in my flight from Santiago to Chicago in American airlines they are giving pillows and they announced that there are pillows only after we sat in our seats my wife had a bad headache so i asked the hostesses to get me a pillow firstly her attitude was very bad then she immediately said there are no pillows, i kept quite then a white women asked her for a pillow she smiled at her and she was very nice with her and brought her a pillow and her attitude remained that way for the entire flight”,

This was not common but it is becoming increasingly common because of obama’s highlighting point about Indians and our slum and Pakistani terrorism who look like us ,together making people of other nations looking at us as if we are taking their jobs ,mocking them in call centers, and filthy people who are killing others.

in spite of other countries ,there is racism in one state..i don’t know about the other ones but In U.P yes it is divided in three parts.East ,west, middle.
They r different in their way of speaking.and to some extent in their way of living..Do u believe that in my clg groups are divided on the basis of AREA.yup, two main groups are EAST UP and WEST UP.

Let me share one of my experience with a teacher..after submitting my exam copy .

teacher:-from which place both of u are ?
me:-sir Lucknow..
one friend:-sir Banaras..
teacher:- is any one here from U.P ??
me:- what??…..sir i m from lucknow..
teacher:- my means. any one from west U.P..
me:(in angry mood) better to ask..is anyone here from dehli or hariyana..

so this man who is a teacher not considering the citizen of Lucknow(the capitol of U.P).as a citizen of U.P.what else i can say, Racism and discrimination is curse man are facing since the birth of human kind.the bases are different according to time and place.some times it is CAST system, birthplace,sometimes it is on the base of ur economic strength..but how can u divide one man from other or hate any person without any reason just because he is not from ur cast, or ur country or don’t hv the money as much u hv. Expecting this curse to human kind may hv any END….

ya 3 may my birth date.2nd time i am away from my home assuming the presence of,my mother ,my grandma,sister,,may they will be here giving me there blessing,expecting the gulgullas of my mom,clothes from papa,one gilas of kesari milk from my grand ma.
every year before my clg these thing happened ever year……….some time a party was also scheduled by my school frnds but as we all life will change as u grow and as u step forward in this competitive world

ok i now i tell u something about my last birthday .11:30 i got a message from my one friend wishing me happy birthday and allerting me about next 1 hour ,what i m going to get..ya a lot of bumps,
11:45- stdnts from other hostel gathered near my room,
11:55-its time fr ths stdnt frm my hostel they gathered in front of my room
Oh it 12:00 night uf i was covered with almost 80 90 student ,bumps start,uff….
but tht continues assault was making more than happy….
viewing myself in the heart of my frnds ,
“sometimes u think u will be here ,sometimes u think u will be there “
that time i preferred hostel ,first time something different some thing awesome ,something surprising.
ya surprising,my friends arrange birthday cake and many thing ..we celebrate it the whole night,
and next i was not able stand on foot bcoz of pain in my back….
here in hostel i hv chosen my friends as my family

11:30-no body is there ,all are busy in preparing fr the examination
11:50-some guys of IT branch standing in front of my room giving me indication ,what they hav planed
12:00-oh shit it’s 12 they pull up me in air and start with their hand clothes ,give me some bumps on my back.
12:05-it’s over
it’s time to receive phone calls from the frnds who is not from the hostel..then as previous i cut hte cake.and we celebrate the party..almost every IT student who is living in hostel wished me..but i m still waiting fr some of my frnds who r closer to me when i m in 1 year in C hostel…

ya thts the basic difference in first year and 2 year.in first year i hv everyone in C hostel to talk with me ,to celebrate with me ,to hav fun with me,but in second students hv created their groups they do everything in their group only,they are friends only on one condition if ur their when they r fighting with other student of the same batch..u hv to be their giving them support in violence. u know tht person from three years .doesn’t matter if ur my friend u hv to with me …:X
but everything i cn do for me friends is simply to be their friend.

next year i will not be in hostel bcoz i m taking a separate room . see wht will happen next time

u hv windows..VISTA….what.? it is a virus….

ya finally i found visa as an virus bcoz of the recent problems being encountered by VISTA users all across the country.
IS VISTA IS AN VIRUS ??
In response to the high demand for an answer to that question a study was done and concluded the following.

1. Viruses replicate quickly.
VISTA does this.

2. Viruses use up valuable system resources, slowing down the system as they do so.
VISTA does this.

3. Viruses will, from time to time, trash your hard disk.
VISTA does this.

4. Viruses are usually carried, unknown to the user, along with valuable programs and systems.
VISTA does that too.

5. Viruses will occasionally make the user suspect their system is too slow (see 2) and the user will buy new hardware.
Same with VISTA, yet again.

Maybe Windows VISTA really is a virus.

Nope! There is a difference!

Viruses are well supported by their authors, are frequently updated, and tend to become more sophisticated as they mature. So there! VISTA is not a virus..-:D
